This would only be useful for the home page. However, I am interested in different covers for every page. How can i do this with this theme?

Hi is it possible to make a completely floating (or overlaying) header with transparency? I’m looking for something like this (https://www.bingingwithbabish.com/#top) but i can’t make something similar to this.
