This is the error I am getting:

Unforunately no luck as yet, and there seems to be loads of other users experiencing the same issue with no reply from the Yith Support team.
For now I have de-activated the plugin, so atleast the images are showing as a slider and clients can view variation images: https://www.babyproof.co.za/product/perma-retractable-baby-pet-safety-gate/
