No follow up to my support request which is disappointing, the edit/delete buttons don’t show up when using Safari or Chrome on an iPad, or with IE, Safari or Chrome on a Windows PC/laptop.

They do display when using Firefox, but while I like Firefox it is not my default browser, nor the default browser of the other people who need to make updates to the site we’re building.

Please respond ASAP…

I have upgraded the plugin to v2.1.0 as suggested and the backup ran and copied the filesystem (9.5mb of it anyway) but the error is still reported in the log file so I don’t know if the filesystem was backed up comepletly or not.

The WordPress parent folder, /var/www/vhosts/domain.com, could not be accessed; the backup will try to continue by backing up the WordPress folder only: Error happened at: files.php(338)
realpath(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/domain.com) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs:/tmp)
