Update:
I figured out that the back slashes appear if I edit the review AFTER it has been submitted. Any edits in the main review or title sections result in the slashes anywhere that an apostrophe or quotes are used.
Please let me know if there is a solution, as I do want to be able to make formatting edits to my reviews.
