I also created a ticket with number #688456 on your website where you can find al the information and screenshots.
I have completely reinstalled the e-mail template but the problem remains the same. I also followed your troubleshooting steps (https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/) but without result ??
