Thank you for the question. You encouraged me to do another test. But this time, I used my spare email addresses to do more proper testing.

After four tests, I am confident that it is working. Seems like it was working all along. Once I used separate email addresses, I was able to make sure that it was working.

For anyone else that may come around to read again, a field with selectable recipients with pipes should work when put in the Additional Headers as a BCC.

For example, I have on one line in Additional Headers
BCC: [state]

I asked my boss, who suggested trying Firefox.

I was able to access via Firefox.

Once I did that, I was able to access via Chrome as well.

I’m not sure why!

Looks like I cannot confirm an appointment and keep the chosen time.

When I try, the time is reset to “unknown”

The last error in the log was the following.

Would this match your suspicions that the cause was memory limit?

I do think that my boss added a plugin, or a few, to the site recently.

But, would this happen to an existing plugin? We’ve had updraftplus active for a while.

My apologies. I don’t know fully about all of the technical details with this area.
