I know the problem. It seems that the Custom cSS only works for DEFAULT style, meaning that i cannot use “Narrow, dark theme”, etc.

I am using AVATAR=”FALSE” but when i use google page speed test, it shows me these avatars.

How to totally remove unwanted elements?

I tried to troubleshoot my site with only activating elementor, my theme, and your plugin. It did not work.

Right now i am dealing with .listing only and not .rating.

What i am using is:

.google-business-reviews-rating.dark.cranberry.narrow .listing {
    font-size: 16px;
    font-family: Righteous;
}

But the style is not changing

I thought it would affect the font used on my website because i saw it to be Arial font. Meaning that i would have too many font types.

Thank you to the support team in WhatsApp. It seemed that the IP addresses shown in Plugin was different from that in the error message.

What the support team told me to do was keeping both IP addresses inside the Google Cloud Platform’s “Accept requests from these server IP addresses”
