I have this same problem. When will it be addressed?? Nobody can place an order successfully on our site because of it. Need help ASAP.

What shortcode did you change it to? I’m in the affiliate area > edit page > and I see the MARKDOWN_HASH string but no shortcode…
Should I delete the markdown_hash and replace it with a shortcode?
