Most likely, it’s incompatible with that plugin because the compatibility sectio of the plugin page says : Not enough data Consider using a more up to date plugin.

Judging from what you say, perhaps you just zoomed in your browser?
Does it happen if you change to the default theme as well? Or with the one you currently use only?

In reply to: I need a website!The point is that if you have WordPress installed on your server, you won’t have to learn anything in terms of programming languages or whatever. You’ll just need to drag and drop for updating text, images or even colors on your site (it depends on the theme you choose).
Other than that, in case you decide to expend your site later, it won’t be a problem because it’ll be already on WordPress. So, it’s future-proof and that’s super wise to be so. ??

I just found your post and it occurred to me that you may want to check this tutorial, which explains how to easily add a parallax effect to your WordPress theme (any theme!). You’ll just have to use the Parallax Background Builder that allows you to create this effect in a very user friendly way.
