In reply to: Two SEO plugins redundent? As a matter of fact, WordPress SEO by Yoast is way more feature-rich than All in One SEO plugin, but there are reported compatibility issues with the most up to date version of WordPress. So, you way want to hold your horses as of now.

In reply to: SEO, changing HTML site to WordPressRedirecting is definitely an option, but I’m not sure why your need to use a different URL. Can’t you just replace the existing HTML site with your WordPrewss one? Just keep the url of the site that ranks higher. That what I’d do.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] SEO URL, Better with or without Parent? As a rule of thumb, your url should be both as short as possible and contain your keyword. That means you can use it just like your specified:
Example.com/seo/100-backlinks/
or just use seo in your post name:
Example.com/seo-100-backlinks/

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Stop Words and SEOAs a matter of fact, it’s a non-issue. You can pretty much ignore the stop words suggestion. The reason for that is simple. If you remove all of them, your title will look too artificial which can turn away potential readers from your post or blog in general. As a rule of thumb, you need to put the user first and then tweak for SEO benefits as long as it does not make things uncomfortable for your users.
Plus don’t fall for the temptation of making WordPress SEO by Yoast totally happy about your post because it has a few aspects that are not that crucial as they used to be. For example, keyword density, which is so 1996. ??
