In reply to: [Yoast SEO] SEO not reflecting in searchThing is, the modifications you made won’t be reflected immediately. It may take Google anything from a few weeks to a few months to re-index everything on your site. The frequency depends on the page popularity and the authority of your site in general. Long story short, if you id it just a few days ago, just take your tim and check back in a week or so.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] One page Parallax Jarvis template Issue with SEO OptimisationUnfortunately, there’s no way to SEO optimize a one-page design so that you get the biggest bang for your buck. I’d suggest redesigning your theme so that it has multiple pages. Here’s why:
1. You can use only one title per your whole site
2. You can use only one h1 heading per your whole site
3. It can become heavy if you use too many images
4. You can use one meta description per your whole siteA one-page design is a disaster in terms of SEO.

In reply to: [Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] meta descriptions not shown in GooglePlease make sure that your meta description is really relevant to the content on your pages. Plus meta description is not a cut in stone rule for Google. It’s a guideline. Google may decide not to follow it if your meta descriptions are low-quality or just misleading. No offense. Just saying ??

In reply to: question about SEO Plugins on wordpress sitesWordPress SEO by Yoast will cover most of your needs. Also, you may want to install a Schema.org plugin.
For starters, you may want to wait for a month or two to see if your changes take effect. Secondly, Google takes that info as a guideline, but they never promised that they will use your metadata just like you put it ?? Sorry, that’s how the Google cookie crumbles.
