  • The error message seemed to be the same.

“usort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given” ….

The cause of the error is different.

My error occurs only when I attempt to edit a post or draft a new post. So this is a big problem.

I have messaged you on facebook, so I can create a temporary login for you to look at the error. When you are ready just message me back.

I am receiving the same error message. I had to rollback the plugin to version 1.8.18 to get a functional version of “Glossary”. What is going on?

Good thing the error on my site only occurred when I attempted to edit or create a new post. Otherwise the site was functioning fine.

Is there a way to disable this functionality?

Sometimes I just post a video on my sites and I still want users to visit my site rather than view the video on facebook or twitter. I feel like I am losing viewership because of this.

    What are my options?

Thanks to anyone who can provide an answer.

Still figuring out the problem. Will keep the post updated.

So far removing jetpack completely did not do the trick.

I believe it was another plugin, but am not sure as of yet.

No query logs are available from my host StartLogic. I only have found stats logs which are extremely extensive and searching through them is not a task I am willing to take on.

The top 10 IP addresses hitting my site (possibly causing the queries) were Cloudflare. The hit amounts were in the thousands per day but not any where near 75k per hour.

I believe there may be a plugin conflict with one of the updates, either WordPress, Customizr, or Jetpack. As they all updated within a few days of each other it is hard to tell which is the source. I am using process of elimination to find the culprit.

I had stopped advertising the site due to the issue. I have to wait for my ads to run again then wait to see if the site goes down after I remove each plugin…process of elimination – the complicated kind…

PS. Links and images work fine. I may find a way to get Adsense back in the sidebar in the future but if anyone else knows how I would appreciate a tip [email protected] …Thanks

So after testing everything I could think of…

Renaming my plugins folder, effectively disabling them all.

Still had the problem with sidebar reordering. Sidebar remained on top.

    I removed every widget.

    Still had the problem.

I deleted all of my custom CSS and PHP.

    Still had the problem.

I changed themes. I was using a “Child Theme for Customizr” so I switched to the parent theme.

    Still had the problem.

When I deleted all of the code in the sidebar which was just images and links…And “Google Adsense” script. The problem ceased. So now I have no Adsense ads in my sidebar due to the intrusiveness of them being on top for mobile devices.

    Problem SOLVED.

I am using youtube videos. Also, wordpress automatically creates the video by posting the youtube link (without any iframe or parameters). I am wondering if this has something to do with it. Although the problem seems to exist under both circumstances(whether or not i add the iframe).

Sorry I didn’t include more specifics before.
