In reply to: [Zoologist] Embedded content displays outside the marginhttps://ultimatephoneguide.com/test/test-page
I’ve created a test clone of my main site with an example page for debugging this.
Notice how the objects move to the left when expanding the browser window to full desktop width.

In reply to: [Zoologist] Embedded content displays outside the marginUnfortunately I’ve noticed this also occurs on the Blockbase theme as well after changing parts of the page.
Its difficult to identify since sometimes the page will appear normal until I make an edit and the issue will reappear.
EDIT: I found the cause of the issue. It appears to be caused by CloudFlare’s rocket loader feature.
If anyone uses CloudFlare Rocket Loader and has issues with ad code, there is a support article on how to add an ignore tag to the ad code so rocket loader will ignore the ad code but keep the rocket loader enable on the rest of the site.

Yep. That’s it!
Jetpack started working again immediately after deleting the rules from htaccess and disabling the cache plugin.
Thank you @kingmanu.
I followed the steps you linked.
When I add $_SERVER[‘SERVER_PORT’] = 443; to my config, the message shows in my dashboard:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
I get the same message if I try to deactivate the SSL plugin as well.
However, I downloaded a clean install of WordPress and restored a backup of the database and plugins from last month and Jetpack works perfectly now.
EDIT: Nevermind, After I logged in again its still showing the same errors in Jetpack.

Now it appears Jetpack is showing a completely different error message:
Monitor failed to activate. SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected non-whitespace character after JSON data at line 2 column 1 of the JSON data
My site uses CloudFlare’s Flexible SSL.
The site has had Flexible SSL enabled since 2015 without any issues with Jetpack.
The site and webhost itself do not use SSL. For this reason the site URL is set to use https:// under Settings > General. Setting the URL to https:// breaks the site.
CloudFlare’s CDN service converts the http to https using protocol rewriting.
The CloudFlare plugin and SSL Insecure content fixer are used to prevent mixed content errors.

The site was connected to wordpress.com in approximately October 2014.
Jetpack had been working normally on my site up until I updated it to 4.3 yesterday.
Plugins I have installed:
– Ad Inserter
– Cloudinary
– Collapse-o-Matic
– Disqus Comment System
– Special Text Boxes
– SSL Insecure Content Fixer
– TablePress
– UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
– WP Code Highlight
– WP Crontrol
– WP Hide Post
– WP Statistics
– WP Super CacheForum: Reviews
In reply to: [Ad Inserter - Ad Manager & AdSense Ads] doesn't workI had this issue. WP Super Cache interfered with the settings page.
If you use a cache plugin, try rebuilding the cache.
Also experiencing this same issue.
Jetpack 3.3 on a self-hosted site
I will reconnect my site to site management to see if this resolves.
