Ok. That works perfectly for the case if no free shipping available for customer. Customer pay for the shipping go to either Admin or Vendor.

However, for the scenario of free shipping provided to customer, it doesn’w work. The shipping should able charge to vendor.

Let me further elaborate. I set up the shipping as admin globally for each vendor using shipping by weight, i.e., 1kg $1, up to 3kg $3, and up to 5kg $5.

I want to collect the shipping charges from the vendor. For example, If the order item(s) total weight is 2.5kg, I would like to collect $3 from the vendor during withdrawal.
