it’s fixed. I changed the SMTP setting to TLS and emails started working. I tested major email domains like Gmail and my own hosted domains. It worked.

I sent a lot of info. Still not working.

I’ll send that screenshot. Also, the test I am running is sending an updated invoice from the Order panel.
I just generated another transaction in test mode. No email.
my next question is that could the theme be a problem?

I may update to a new theme so see if that works. My client uses Bluehost a very reputable WordPress hosting platform.

OK. I added a free SMTP mailer (wp mail smtp pointing to my SMTP outgoing server (port 465) and ran a test from this plugin. It works. I updated my test order to send an invoice to my email account. Still NOTHING. I checked my spam quarantine on my email via cpanel at my host. NOTHING.

When I did a user password change on wordpress for my admin account an email is sent nicely.

I am looking for guidance now as I am at my wits end.

PS I am not using a SMTP plugin, yet

1. the quick response is amazing.
2. I have the wp mail logging turned on. did a test transaction using woocommerce test payment. the email were created. there was nothing in my spam quarantine via cpanel.
3. Therefore the email was generated but not sent. My client’s email is a yahoo account if that makes a difference (that is what is set up as an admin).
4. I could not see an email conflict plugin. If you need the woocommerce system status I can get that.

Kindly let me know next steps to help my client get this resolved!

I’m using WordPress and I have the same issue. It’s very narrow. Why doesn’t inline work properly rather than yet another pop up? I’m sure it’s something I’ve done wrong but it looks absolutely horrible on my wordpress site. The plug-in is updated.

How do I check that as my hosting provider does not have the industry standard cpanel access nor does it allow for shell access. I speak geek, but that is a little bit beyond my scope of geek.
Assuming that it is installed by default, I am still getting the X box of image not found or wrong type.

I’m sure this is a simple solution, but am lost. Appreciate your patience.

I updated my php.ini file to set that allow_url_fopen to true. However, not sure what to put for “GD extension is enabled in your PHP configuration”. I googled a lot and not sure what that looks like or how to do it.

How do I edit the icons in the service area (the fa codes) to make them mouse-over events with URL’s?

My presumption is a CSS override. Not sure how that works and don’t know how to edit the php as well.
