I still haven’t heard from the developer of the other plugin. I was hoping you might be able to provide an alternative solution for downloadable products purchased in Woocommerce other than to link them to a Dropbox file?

Thanks Mike, I posted for the author of the plugin at the same time as I posted here, and haven’t had a response yet after three days.

I don’t get any error messages, only the white screen of death, which I am unable to move back from and must restore a backup of the site each time.

This doesn’t address my issue.
