I have the same problem, it’s a nuisance as no one can subscribe.
Is there a solution somewhere? I can’t seem to find any.

Hi, I am trying to configure the free plan for under 2000 subscribers and it doesn’t seem to be working.
When will it be up and running?
According to the site, it should be working from November 5th.

Hi,
I tried this and I’m still getting error
403: Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

I’ve tried everything else I’ve found on the forums and no no avail. I’m using Mailpoet on several sites and they are all working just fine execpt for this one, I can’t see where the problem is.

Any other ideas?

I’ll have to switch to another service if I can’t resolve this issue, which I’m not too keen about.
