Update: seems the root cause is a known bug (Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string * float). And the Elementor Dev team seems to be aware of this bug too.

The bug is a knock-on effect of stricter variable typing in PHP 8.x .

Like I said, it seems the Elementor Dev Team is now aware of this issue, check out or follow up on the Github Thread for the bug report. There are some useful workarounds there as well, pending when the bug is fixed.

I will now mark this as resolved, hoping this bug is fixed in the next Elementor update. Will be using this workaround in the meantime.
