The way I fixed it was by exporting my database through PHP MyAdmin and reinstalling the site with a fresh download of wordpress. I know it sucks, but you will only have to reconfigure widget and menus. It’s that or dig through code and try and fix stuff you may not understand.
Of coarse… someone may jump on this post and tell you to add a period somewhere! Lol.
