Yes, it worked on a different theme. Now what do I do? It would take me a ridiculous amount of time to try to use a different plugin for all my pages. Is there any hope of getting this fixed to work with my theme?

I deleted the records that were showing no information (which is what I ware referring to when I said “null”. I hired some freelancer in India 2 nights ago to try to help us fix this problem asap because it was very critical for our business. I’m not sure which worked but we’re not getting the error anymore and the new forms are being passed through as they should now. FYI, I was only getting this error when I would be in CFDB viewing the results for this specific form that connects to our Amazon Web Server db. I was not getting errors when reviewing results from other forms that are not connected to the AWS.

I’m clueless. I wish i knew exactly what happened so that we could avoid this from happening again in the future but I really don’t know the culprit at this point.

Actually, I thought I was in a gravity forms forum. I WAS getting an error with Contact Form DB about a non-responsive script that I get when trying to view our form results (see screenshot: https://boostacademy.com/error.jpg )

I already have the latest version. The last 5 forms submitted produced null results as viewed in CFDB. However, when I look in Gravity Forms, the information is there when I look at Entries. It just wasn’t showing up in CFDB. More importantly, the entry is not populating in our big work database where everything was mapped to be pushed. It has worked flawlessly for at least 6 months. That’s the most important and critical thing. Something has happened where the information is not being passed either to our DB or your DB. Again, the entries can be seen in Gravity forms so something is stopping it from passing on the information to where we need it to go.

No, I will keep it where it is. I just wasn’t sure if I had to do anything with you all in particular because I have a license for one domain and I probably gave you my domain to begin with because I knew I would be setting up the site there.

I also wasn’t sure if I would need to manually change any relevant url’s within S2Members. I’ll probably be using the Velvet Blues plugin to update a bunch of the url’s.

I had to start over and not select an icon because I couldn’t fix it and the page is live. So that you can see what I’m talking about, I have created a test page for you to view:

There was no way to remove an icon once you selected one without starting over. That would be a nice feature to add.

Sorry, I must not have checked the box to notify me of follow up posts. I’ve been working through a few things but now I’m trying to fix new problems that have shown up.

Have you had any complaints about your plugin breaking the media uploader?

I deactivated all plugins and the media uploader worked fine until I activated WordPress https again.
