I really hope I can get an answer for this. There’s a number of reasons I really want this to work.
1-I like how the player looks. Doesn’t take over the design
2-It works on iPhones
3-It helps protect from downloads

But I really need it to display total time. If we can’t, I’ll have to display it manually on a separate line. I would prefer it displays it as part of the player like it’s supposed to.

Maybe this player has just become buggy as technology has moved forward?

I noticed the plugin was updated. Installed the update and now everything appears to be working perfectly. Thank you so much…

I’ve seen some info about case sensitivity with thumbnail generation. This is not my problem. I get thumbnails only if the image has the same height and width. If the height and width are different, then no thumbnail. My website is showcasing invitations, so I really need to be able to have varying sizes in my gallery. Almost all the sizes are different.

If I wasn’t getting any thumbnails, I’d think something was wrong with permissions or something. The fact that I only get thumbnails under certain conditions makes me wonder about a setting or the programming itself.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
