  • I’m having a similar problem with $nan. However, my problem has occurred twice after the installation of WooCommerce Wallet. After installing, all prices on products, orders, checkout, etc showed $nan.

I have not been able to identify the source of the problem. Unfortunately, resolving it means moving away from CVG.

To all – any alternatives recommended?

    Hi Praveen:

    More information:

    1. No error message per se, just the slider stops functioning.
    2. Upon inspection, it only happens with “Playlist” option on CVG.
    3. Other play modes work fine.

I’ve also run into two other problems.

    1. For a single Add Video procedure, I cannot seem to successfully add videos to a newly-created gallery or an existing one.

    2. On the addition of multiple videos (comma-delimited), I initially received an error. My apologies for not capturing the error code. I thought it was some fluke and tried again thinking it would happen again if problematic. I was not able to add, but did not receive an error message. Nothing. Just didn’t work.

The background on these latter problems might be linked to my actions. At one point, I grew tired of the freezing home page slider problem. It was important because my slider presents various article titles/graphics. My thinking was to find another plug-in. I decided try a couple, but then decided to return to CVG. In the interim, I renamed directories (galleries, songs) and deleted the plugin. After deciding to try CVG again with a fresh copy, I loaded and placed data back where they were initially. Those older galleries are running fine.

BTW – the new songs I want to load are here: 0stBskMOeiQ,J4v5IXbEauM,7YWaZayvJ1A

    Thanks,
    Ken

I’m using CVG 1.7 on the WordPress 3.5 release with a Graphene theme. It appears that CVG is conflicting with the Graphene’s presentation page Slider. whereas the latter stops working (freezes) when the former is running. I’ve confirmed this by disabling all plugins, and 1-by-1 re-activating them. All works fine with the Slider until CVG is re-activated. I tried several times on different browsers. Same problem.
