  • Hi there,

My apologies for the confusing back and forth here. We’ve now replied directly to your ticket and will be happy to continue troubleshooting this over email.

    Thanks for your understanding!

    Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out for help removing the slide-out cart on your site. I took a look at the link you shared, and tested adding a product to my cart. I didn’t see a slide-out mini cart, but rather was redirected to the standard cart page.

Can you confirm whether the issue you’re describing is still present on your end or whether it’s resolved? If you still need help, please send over a screenshot of the cart you’re seeing and/or some instructions to help me reproduce this behavior on my end.

    Hi there!

It seems like a couple customers have made orders on your site, but you’re not seeing those orders under WP Admin > Orders. This kind of issue could be caused by a number of factors, so I’ll give you a few avenues to try!

    1. Can you confirm that the order placed by the customer was successful? IE: did payment go through, and/or did the customer receive an order confirmation email?
    2. If so, please navigate to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs. On that page, you can find any recent fatal error logs. If you see a log name that begins with fatal-errors, please reply with the full text of the error.
    3. One of the most common causes of these issues is, as @sulov mentions above, conflicts caused by plugins or themes. Please see if you can reproduce the issue of Orders not coming through. Then, check out our guide on conducting conflict tests here, and follow the steps to determine whether the issue continues during a conflict test.

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out about this sending issue you noticed.

Congrats on configuring your first ever newsletter! Looks like you’re off to a great start with your website, I’ll be happy to help you get things running smoother for your next issue.

Can you please navigate to MailPoet >?Settings?> Advanced and let me know which Task Scheduler option you have selected? There are three options, and each is triggered differently.

If you’re just starting out, have low traffic to your website, but need newsletters to be sent out at a precise time, you may be interested in looking into the Server side cron (Linux cron) option.

Please take a look through our knowledge base article to learn more about how the task scheduler works and to select an option that will best suit your needs: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/129-newsletter-task-scheduler-cron

    Hi there!

Thanks for explaining the issue you’re having with subscribing via the form on your site. I’ll be more than happy to look into this for you.

Could you please share a screenshot showing the error you’re seeing?

Could you also please let me know what method you are using under MailPoet > Settings > Send with… tab?

Lastly, could you send a link to the subscription form on your site, so I can take a look? I wasn’t able to find the form on your site!
