In reply to: Drop Down Menu – by ShailanOk I put it at the bottom of style.css and it works! I now have a drop down menu that goes vertical.
Last question, is there are way to make the drop down area wider? It is only wide enough for one word, so if the page name is “Recent Forum Topics” it takes of three lines of the menu and makes it look weird. Do I just change the width: auto to a pixel size?

In reply to: Drop Down Menu – by Shailananywhere in style.css?
I got it, I pasted it wrong. Thank you very much for your help. It is greatly appreciated.
Now do you know much about the drop down menu plugin, hahaha.
Sorry to be a hassle but that centered everything on the page, so the slider image is now perfect but everything else on the page is centered, so the side bar information is in the normal post area.
Nevermind the above didn’t work.
margin-left: -24px .aligncenter {
display: block;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;Like that? I found that in my style.css and added what you had above.
Hopefully you are still online and can tell me how you made the slider align that way because it looks SO much better.
I like your screen shot a lot better than the current look, it at least over hangs on equal sides of the template and makes it look centered. How did you do that?
Thanks for all of your help
No I am not talking about that, but that is something good to know, thank you. Where would I add that, to the page.php?
What I am talking about is the slider, with the rotating images. Do you see how on the left side of it, it doesn’t line up with the template and on the right side it over hangs the middle area of the template. Right now it is aligned to <center> and that is where it appears, so the main area must not be centered perfectly in template, how do I get the slide to line up with the template so it doesn’t go into the background and look crappy.
I am not sure what you are saying, where should I add that? and what exactly will that accomplish? Is that making my two side bars a little smaller?

In reply to: Admin link not working, how do I fix?I have tried all this here are my symptoms after trying.
I renamed the plugins folder via FTP to Plugins.hold after doing that, when trying to reach my admin page, I could get to login screen however it doesn’t accept my login. Before I would just get redirected back to my home page and a redirect URL would show. Also my site is blank when you try to visit it after changing the name of the plugins folder, but I knew that would happen.
I can get to https://www.averageguygolf.com/wp-login.php but again I can’t login. The only plugin or change i made to the site yesterday was meteor slides. I am not sure what is goign on, I have reuploaded all the files except for the wp-content file and the same thing happens with any theme.
Any ideas?

In reply to: Admin link not working, how do I fix?If I can’t get into my admin dashboard how can I disable plugins?
I haven’t downloaded any new plugins today, and the admin page has come up fine until 20 minutes ago, and no changes were made.
