@pratik-jain of course. Our issue is not the exact same one he is describing but it is similar with the exact same error message appearing. I’ve been in touch with your support but have not received any sort of fix after almost a month of this ongoing issue so I was hoping that the issue the previous poster was having was similar enough to give me some direction for troubleshooting.
Intermittently we are having issues with our “add to cart” button not completing. Mostly on mobile but will happen on desktop as well.

I tested your steps two of my sites (one with Divi theme and one with Sprout theme) and doing all that changed nothing… Still only seeing the old editor.
I have contacted my webhost to see if it might be something to do with their servers? I can’t imagine how they could block the editor from showing without actually blocking the ability to update to the latest version of WordPress.
Any other ideas of how to fix this or who I can contact?
Hi Robert, for some reason I still can’t see the new Gutenburg editor for any of my posts or pages (newly created or existing). So I can’t give the blocks a go.
This issue is happening on the classic editor still, somehow.
My site is updated to 5.0.1, I don’t have Classic Editor plugin installed and I tried activating another theme to see if that would help but it didn’t.
I’m going to keep looking into how to actually get this editor working on my site and will then give that ‘custom html block’ a go…

I managed to restore my website to an older backup which has fixed the issue for now.
Can you please explain to me why the <picture> images were showing up on the amp pages? It is my understanding that they do not work on amp pages? Which is why I have set up each blog post with the example code above for every single image.
Can you please confirm if this is no longer the case? I can’t afford this happening again in the next update which I can see you’ve already issued?

I did take a look at that page before sending through my support request.
Neither of those scenarios are what I am having trouble with.
I would just like to delete my staging site, but every time I try it gives me an error.
The staging site was accessible once a few weeks ago (so the cloning process was not interrupted in scenario #1), but after I tried to delete it when I was done with it, it gave me an error – and then since that error I am unable to do anything with it.
I don’t have any caching plugins to disable (for scenario #2) which seems to be the issue the link you gave me thinks it is.
I wonder if deleting my entire staging folder under the first /html folder through my FTP client would work?
Are there any risks if I do this? Anything under the /staging-site folder is simply just a clone of what is already on my website correct?Thanks,

I am still having this issue. I have removed and reinstalled the plugin to version 2.1.1
I am still unable to delete or access my staging site.
I don’t want to create another one on top of that as in the past I have had issues with staging sites slowing down my speeds.

It has almost been two weeks since I first posted a support ticket. Do you have a rough estimate of when a fix will actually be released? Apologies for being impatient but I downloaded this plugin two weeks ago and am yet to use it because of the multiple errors and warnings after activation.

Could you please elaborate on Open Graph Tags? I know what they are but how would you suggest writing them into the plugin? Could you please provide me with a quick example.

Thank you for the information but using the dropdown ds function is only the beginning of what I need to do. It is a complicated calculation and I only have basic knowledge of using wordpress and plugins. Again do you offer services where we can pay for you to integrate it? Or can you recommend someone who can?
