Thank you Matt!!! I love this plugin and use it 2 other sites but I was creating a site for the local PTA using 2011 with a child theme and couldn’t figure out what was going wrong! I did have to add my change as

div#sb-container {
        z-index: 10000;
}

to get it to work correctly but you sure helped!

I had the exact same problem on 3 sites and this worked perfectly!

To make the change you go to the page itself and click edit — on the right hand side of your screen you will see Page Attributes. There is a dropdown for Template — select 1 column, no sidebar and that should fix your problem.

I can help you with the WP branding — if you’re talking about the info in the footer. Either edit your footer.php or create a copy of it in your child theme folder if you’re doing a child theme — and then remove the div the id of “site-info”.
