    Hello, nigro.simone

    Thank you for your answer.

Well, when I uninstall the plugin, that folder is removed.

And when I reinstall it, all configs are the same right after the reinstallation, comparing to when I disable and uninstall the plugin.

So they must be stored elsewhere aswell, I guess.

    Any idea?

    Thanks

    Hello, matthewlennartz

I’m using W3TC + Cloudflare on some websites and they are working great togheter. I might be abble to give you some advice.

But, maybe, you should say what do you wish to accomplish. There are many W3TC + Cloudflare settings combinations. Probably, that’s why you saw so many different examples. It all deppends on what you want for your website.

There is no “one proper group of settings”. Well, there is one ideal for each case. But, to do that, you must know what you want W3TC + Cloudflare to do for your website.

Thank you for your answer and for your time.

My hosting support team manage to solve the problem.

I don’t know how they did it. So I’m sorry for not adding any value to this forum, to help others with the same problem.

Well.. I can give this advice: ask your host support for help. It worked for me! ??

    Hello, again.

I’ve follow your guide, but It didn’t solved the problem.

    1 – I’ve renamed the plugin folder.

2 – I’ve replaced the .htacess file with this “basic code”

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

Now it when I go to example.com/wp-admin it does shows me the log in fields. But when I enter the credentials, it just reloads the same /wp-admin.

I’m using w3 total cache. I can’t clear the cache (using the plugin) because I can’t acess the dashboard, but I already tried to rename that plugin folder aswell. Plus, the w3 htacess code was also removed (.htacess only has that code I’ve shown above).

(I’ve tried to log in both WITH w3 cache .htacess code in place and WITHOUT it – just with the code above. Nothing works)

(I also tried with no .htacess file at all)

I already tried to log in fom other devices/IP’s only with the same result.

Any idea/suggestion that might help me fixing this, please?

Edit – I forgot to mention something important. The “math captcha” is sill showing on the log in page. Even after I rename the plugin’s folder and replaced/removed the .htacess file…

    Thank you

    Hello,

    Thank you for your answer!

Yes, I know that the plugin only shows that message at those times. That’s what makes this situation even weirder!

I use your plugin on every single wordpress site I own. And on all of them, I use the custom login url feature.

Well, like I worte on the first post, everything was working fine. This problem only began when after I disabled and then re-enabled the feature. It was working fine before, so It should not be a plugin/theme conflit.

Plus, I use the exact same plugins/theme on this site that I use on a couple of other sites where I also have your plugin and this feature enabled.

I’ll just follow your “locked out” guide, then.

Just ask here first because you might know another solution for this specific situation.

Thank you again for your answer.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your answer.

I did not made any changes on cloudflare between when everything was working fine and utill I disabled the plugin.

I only disabled the plugin and now I cant access anything.

So, unfortunately, there are no changes to reverse because I have not made any other then disable the plugin.

Any other idea that might help fix this issue?

    Thank you.

Hello and that you again for your answer.

That page (its a page, not a post) is not protected.

But still, on that “not protected” page I’d like to have a message that only logged users would see.

Or does the more tag protection feature only works on protected pages/posts?

Membership level acess is working fine on all protected pages/posts.

Hello and thank you for your answer.

To be honest, I didnt knew there were such an option on settings page.

Still, now I’ve enabled it and placed <!–more–> tag on some post.

It is still showing eveything that is after that tag to non logged users.

    Any idea why, please?

    Thanks.

I forgot to add a link to my site.

I would like to show the tags of each post, on the bottom of the categories pages. After the posts list.

    Category page eg.

    Thank you again

    Hello alchymyth,

Thank you for your time and help.

May you please tell me where should I add that code? I mean, after/before what code.
