You can go to woocommerce plugin settings, click on advanced tab and select webhooks from the listed options. Proceed by deleting all webhooks related to Printful, therefore orders will not be submitted automatically.

We’ve resolved the issue you were dealing with previously.
You can download and replace current Printful Shipping For Woocommerce plugin with latest relese using FTP. Or simply delete the printful-shipping-for-woocommerce directory from plugin directory and re-install though admin interface, settings should remain.
