What version of WooCommerce is installed on the site? Was there a previous older version installed? Also, are there older or outdated WooCommerce extensions on your site?

I attempted to visit the site to review the checkout page, and saw that the payment form isn’t loading. What Payment Gateway do you have set up on the site? Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

There are a couple plugins that may be the cause here, so you can try disabling those first as well to test before the full conflict steps:
