In reply to: [Q and A FAQ and Knowledge Base for WordPress] FAQ's Not LinkingI went through the same today.
I am using a different URL than /faqs. For my site I used /social-rewards-faqs. Full URL: https://rewards.kazooky.com/social-rewards-faqs/
In the Q & A Settings the very top setting allows you to choose the path of your FAQ home. I had to switch from “faq” to “social-rewards-faqs”.
I can still use the Accordion and Show/Hide options.
This worked for me – hope this helps!

In reply to: Number "Count Up" PluginThis is the correct URL: https://themes.moretech.it/zeta/about-us-standard/
near the bottom, in the bright blue – the numbers that count up. Its really simple but I haven’t seen a plugin like this. Just Jellyfish but I don’t the odometer style.

In reply to: [Kazooky Loyalty] [Plugin: Kazooky Loyalty] Promotional visit frequencyAkiba,
We took a look at your site but the tool bar was not currently installed. What might work best if we mutually determine a time to look at it.
We will send an email to the address you signed up with and work out a time to do some further investigation.
Sincerely,
The Kazooky Team

In reply to: [WP Test Monkey] 5 Site LicenseI can download it here but when I try to pay to unlock it, it doesn’t let me and the free version has very limited value unless unlocked.

In reply to: [Kazooky Loyalty] [Plugin: Kazooky Loyalty] Promotional visit frequencyHi Akiba,
We’re happy you like the idea of our plugin. We are indeed supporting it.
We have run into some conflicts from time to time on different WordPress sites and their plugins. What is the URL of our site and we can take a look and see what the conflicts might be?
If your other plugins are using jquery is this is usually a source of this conflict.
Sincerely,
The Kazooky Team

In reply to: [Kazooky Loyalty] [Plugin: Kazooky Loyalty] Working Examples PleaseHi,
Thanks for the great feedback and questions. We are always looking ways to improve and work with our customers.
Here are some answers to your questions – hopefully these answers are what you are looking for:
1. We are currently working on other ways to trigger promotions – like button clicks. Right now Kazooky Loyalty doesn’t know if someone has clicked a button; currently our promotions are driven off page views. In your case, you are showing an alert when someone clicks on the “like” button. Instead of that alert a solution would be to redirect the user to a promotion page on your site like this:
location.href = “<url to your promo page>”;
You will have to use WordPress to publish that promo page on your site. You can put whatever kind of content you want (e.g. thanks for liking us, etc).
Now back in the Kazooky Loyalty Console, when you created the promo “Facebook Like”, you needed to enter a url. This is the URL of this new WordPress page. When the user clicks on your button and redirected here, our script will detect that the Facebook like page has been loaded and if they qualify for a reward (based on the frequency you selected when making th epro) they will be rewarded.
2. It makes a lot of sense to rewards users for their comments and reviews. We are currently working on this now and will have a solution added to Kazooky Loyalty shortly.
4. Same as the Facebook Like, you’ll have to redirect them to a promotion page on your wordpress site.
5. Right now we do not have a specific solution for triggering events based on WordPress posts. This seems like a very useful and good feature for WordPress users.
Again, thanks for your feedback and suggestions. If you have any other questions or feedback please do not hesitate to send them over!

In reply to: [Kazooky Loyalty] [Plugin: Kazooky Loyalty] Promotional visit frequencyHi Specex – thanks for the great feedback.
We will take a look at these plugins and see where the conflict might be.
Are all of the plugins installed on your site? If so, would you be able to tell me what the URL of your site is?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Kazooky Loyalty] [Plugin: Kazooky Loyalty] Promotional visit frequencyI will need to take a look at your website to see what the issue is. What is the URL of the website?
Regarding the left / right position, this can be set in Your Engagement Console in Settings / Look and Feel. You can also select the colour of the buttons and any text you might want to add.
Feel free to email [email protected] anytime.

In reply to: [Kazooky Loyalty] [Plugin: Kazooky Loyalty] Promotional visit frequencyAbsolutely you can assign a frequency to number of times you reward your users.
Go to Your Engagement Console – https://console.kazookyloyalty.com and click on the Web Page Promotions section. When you Add A New promotion, or edit an existing one, look for the “Frequency or Awarding Points” area.
In here set the promotion to either award once only or multiple times with a delay between each time. To this, select “Award Multiple Times Per User” and enter a value into the text entry box. This value is the number of units of time that must pass before the user can be rewarded again. Then set the unit value in the drop down menu.
For example, you could set the frequency to be once every 3 days. You would set 3 in the text entry box and days as the unit of time.
I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us anytime.
