‘taxonomy=prospect_category&tag_ID=65&post_type=prospect’

Also quick note – I am using WP Posts Carousel only for the custom posts type and custom taxonomy. So maybe some default setting should be changed for the slider to accept only custom post type value?
I did try to make changes in wp-posts-carousel/carousel-generator.class.php file. Tried changing ‘category’ variable with my custom post type one, but that just gave me fatal error and had to reinstall the plugin…

@teastudio.pl – don’t worry, I am using that hosting provider just to demonstrate the issue I am having on the real site. But thank you for your concern! ??

I am using CPT UI plugin to add custom post type (named ‘prospect’) and using same plugin to add custom taxonomy (named ‘education_category).

WP Posts Carousel is picking up this custom post type and is displaying all posts in it. However when I try to add category filter – slider displays nothing.
Hence I wonder that maybe I need to declare this custom post type and its categories in plugins functions or some other modification is needed in order to enable filtering by category?

I am creating a charity website and I am not a professional web developer. I have been working 16h/day on this project and at this point I need help with one item.
