I opened a ticket on their site as got no response by email

9/9/14 they realised they have an issue with their ticket system:camu wrote:

i did open another ticket but so far i didnt get a ticket number or anything regards to my ticket?

then Camu asked me if this been resolved
however NOBODY ASKED ME ANYTHING AND RESOLVED ANYTHING

I have to say I getting a bit frustrated paying 30$ for no reason
I did UAN when I set it up, it is still slow as we have a massive site with shop
putting plugin in caused major issues and we lost customers due to being that slow…

any other ideas?
