I deleted the code I had for the sign-up form underneath the post; it wasn’t really needed anyhow.

Paulwpxp – you said there is now a wp.org version – I know when I downloaded the file originally I downloaded one that was able to be used in wp.org … is my theme much different than the one offered on wp.org?

I also did some editing to the theme to customize it … Would I have to edit everything again if I download the newest theme file?

By the way – thank you Andy for your help … I deleted the folder by using FTP like you mentioned before so I didn’t have to redo the website for the 6th time (WOOHOO!!)

I did file a support ticket with them, but I have been trying to figure it out on my own in the mean time. I wasn’t sure if it was the theme itself or if it was the plug-in, so I wanted to see if anyone else encountered the same issue.

where did you find the code for the 3.1 version?? I would love to re-install that one as well!

I think it has to be the theme … very frustrating – just tried downloading a different event calendar plug-in and again my webpage is blank. argh. debating if I should reinstall wordpress again or try and figure out the FTP config and fix it that way.

It is up because I reinstalled wordpress, them activated the theme again and activated all of the plug-ins except for the events calendar.

It sounds like it may just be easier if I use a different plug-in for the events section. I am not 100% sure how to access it with FTP/SFTP and rename the folder – I don’t know the name of the folder I will be looking for to rename.
