That could be possible, we blocked several IPs from getting access which would cause 403 forbidden errors, can you tell me what the IP is for the cleanprint engine so i can determine if we’ve blocked you?
I’ve got this same problem on https://samuelscottfg.com, the preview and cleanprint lightbox show the images, but when i click “pdf” the images disappear and only the alt text or caption appears in the pdf.
I tried adding the class as you mentioned above, but with no success. Here is the post ive been using for testing, images on this post contain the proper class, but still arent displaying when i save the pdf.
