I have solve the problem. I use Similar Post Plugin rather than post related plugin.

I m facing the same problem too. I m using the same WP version and same post-related plugin version as yours.
The keywords that i have inserted in my post, didn’t work.
That’s y you can see my post’s related post section is still blank.
I think we might need to try an older version of the plugin.

I don’t understand this – “Search the Web for .htaccess and mod_rewrite and redirect and you should be able to come up with something.”

Do you have a robot.txt in your site? If so, you might need to remove it.
