While you have the right to set up your Plans any way you like, the free tier used by many to determine if a plugin will suit our needs, cannot be used by many of us that work remotely for many clients and don’t have access to their CC’s. (case in point, I cannot try your plugin and will look elsewhere) You are doing yourself a disservice with this requirement, and even more so for not asking for it before doing any “tool setup”. You may want to reconsider requiring a CC for the free tier and possibly gain more happy customers (and less negative reviews).

Thanks for posting this. This is very important to me when researching plugin providers. So far, the best support I’ve come across is from 10web. They supported my free version of their Photo Gallery plugin (up to a point).

I look at it this way… If you can’t get a free/trial version to work and are not provided any support (sorry, but forums are not support), why would you pay for it? And if I’m having issues with the product, most likely others are too. Why wouldn’t a developer want to solve those issues to refine their product? I look at the free/trial users as a Beta testing program. They’re your frontline and most likely there will be more free/trial users than paid users. Take advantage of that.

I have the same issue, this is what shows at the top of the site:

I did not add any additional <script> tags as indicated, only the Tracking ID and Google Site Tag.

I deactivated the plugin until there is a resolution.

I found this in my site referrer logs:

coming from 2 different countries.

I don’t use the bulk uploader addon. And the URL they used was a subdomain address to a specific page.

Is this bulk uploader addon subject to hacking?

I implemented the dev version and it works great!

I now have titles on my videos. My only request is to be able to increase the size of the titles.

I implemented the dev version and it works great! I was able to remove my line break padding so the videos do not overlap my footer, and works great for responsive devices.
