Hi @rermis ,
Our plugin already excludes common bots. But, this is only for the server-to-server implementation. This intends to reduce the stress on the server.
Blocking the browser pixel, especially for Google bots would be a bad idea.
Google Ads bots crawl the websites regularly to check if the Google Tags have been implemented correctly. If it sees that the implementation is wrong, you’ll see warning in Google Ads and possibly even lower ads performance.
Also, Google bot can’t trigger conversions. A conversion can only be triggered when a person clicks on an ad and reaches the purchase confirmation page with the same browser.
I hope that helps.
Let me know if you have any questions.

KennethHi @twinelefants,
Could you clarify what you mean by you can’t activate Enhanced E-Commerce? It is configured in your Google Analytics account.
Have you followed the steps mentioned in this article – https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/plugin-configuration/google-analytics#enhanced-e-commerce-funnel-setup?
If so, please send your site’s debug information to [email protected]. We’ll send the next instructions once done.
We’re looking forward to your reply.

KennethHi @whenwebsiteswork ,
I checked your site but I didn’t see the warning you’re saying.
It seems the tags are being detected on your site. See – https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuOGbee.
Could you check if you’re still experiencing this issue? If so, please try checking if you have Script Blockers active on your browser. It can be Ad Blockers or any other script blockers present.
It will help if you can turn off all other browser extensions temporarily. See if the issue persists.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @surajqode1,
This depends on what you’ve set in the Order Total Logic of the Pixel Manager.
It’s possible that in your shop, you have other charges like taxes, shipping, VAT, etc. Depending on the option you select, the Pixel Manager might not include these extra charges.
You can find out more about this in this article – https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/plugin-configuration/general-settings#order-total-logic.
You might’ve selected the Order Sub-Total instead of the Order Total or vice versa. This is what causes the difference you’re seeing.
If this is not the case, could you send over your debug information to [email protected]? We’d like to check this further.
Let me know if you have any questions.

KennethHi @makseff,
Sorry for giving the wrong information here. It seems you have an active Script Blocker in your browser.
That’s why you’re seeing this warning in the backend. Please check if you have any AdBlockers active on your browser.
Here’s how you can disable it on Google Chrome – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/7632919?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards
KennethHi @makseff,
You may have Script Blockers installed on your site. You can check the plugin section for the Script Blocker and whitelist your shop’s domain.
Here’s an article you can check for reference – https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/setup/script-blockers.
Could you check your site and see if you have any Script Blockers active?
Let me know how it goes.

KennethHi @sveslavchev,
Thank you for bringing this into our attention.
The WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration was changed recently. This lead to this problem.
The Pixel Manager for WooCommerce(PMW) deactivates the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration if Universal Analytics (GA3) is enabled in our plugin (PMW).
This is fine because the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration only tracks GA3. But, since it was updated to track GA4, the logic changed.
Our developer has already released a fix for this issue. We already removed the deactivation filter that’s causing problems with the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration.
You can check that in our changelog – https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/changelog/free.
Please update your Pixel Manager for WooCommerce plugin to the latest version.
Let me know if you have other concerns.

Hi @gri11o ,
I checked your site and see Google Tag Manager installed on the site. See – https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uynN9Y.
This can interfere with our tracking scripts. That’s why we’re recommending our users to consolidate all pixels into the Pixel Manager.I’d like to check this further and see if this is really the case. Would you mind sending us your site’s debug information? Here’s where you can find it – https://share.getcloudapp.com/p9u6oGK2.
We’re looking forward to your reply.

KennethHi @wooq123,
Our free version for Facebook (Meta) includes tracking all the dynamic remarketing and purchase events.
It doesn’t include setting up Facebook CAPI. But, you can still track conversions using browser pixels. See – https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/features/#meta-facebook.
1. Is the free plugin outputting any data to Facebook if the Pixel ID is entered in settings? Yes. If CAPI is configured, the Pixel Manager will send reports on both the server (CAPI) and browser (Pixel) events.
If you’re using the free version, it will only send using browser pixels. This is what you’re configuring when you add the pixel ID in the Pixel Manager.
2. I also don’t see any detailed instructions in the support pages on how to set up facebook ads conversion tracking, besides creating and inputting the Pixel ID, which I’ve done. That’s what you only need to set up the browser pixels. Follow our plugin configuration tutorial here – https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/plugin-configuration/meta.
I hope that helps.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.
Regards,
Kenneth
