Your post could be missing featured image. Are you able to set a featured image and see if the warning disappears? We’ll work on fixing it regardless.

You should be able to pick up Portfolio post type and your custom taxonomy as we’ve used the WP functions get_taxonomies() and get_post_types().

Can you send screenshot of the 404 screen? Can you try resaving permalinks?
