Very nice plugin BUT poor support

Hi
This plugin has the potential to be the best quick view plugin on the market. Installed the free version and all worked well but I needed the extra features so I bought the premium plugin. My biggest issue is the thumbnail images does not display properly in the modal box slider. I’m now struggling for more than 2 weeks to get satisfactory support. You replied sporadically to other issues but ignored the most important issue. Your support is way to slow for a premium plugin, I cannot wait days for a reply, I’m bound to give my client the best and quick support and I expect the same. I’m sure it cannot be a major issue to fix, but unfortunately I cant do it that is why I buy a premium plugin. And that is why I give this plugin only 2 stars.
I might change the review if my support ticket is answered quickly and satisfactory.
