You can do that with Gravity Forms, but that’s a separate plugin. Get it here.

I’m sorry about that! I just fixed this in 4.1.2, which adds a check for older versions of Gravity Forms.

I’ve contacted Constant Contact and asked them to fix again. Sorry for the problem.
