I made a fresh copy of .htaccess and clear all cached files. It seems to load nice now.

Can anyone tell how is possible to inject html after head tag, and by-pass the predefined templating system? (head.php, index.php, page.php etc)

That was all.
Re-upload all files from a fresh copy and done.

PS. It was a fresh and clean installation. No active plugins, custom themes or whatever. Just a simple new wordpress site, nothing at it.

I asked files restoring to previous backup and the problem is solved.
All i had to do is to change all my passwords.

it is not format reasons but it a seo tag structure reason. website menu build an li from the above function.

can you help me solve this?

Problem Resolved.

I Change permission to wp-content directory to 755. Done.

Another problem i have permanently is that plugin installation stucks on unpacking package.
If someone have the sollution please, write here.
