Hi Wfasa,
I could see my IP address in top blocked list in Wordfence. Emails are connected to my web so when I wanted to send email from my computer, it was not possible (because I wanted to send it from blocked IP). If I changed IP it worked of course.
I solved problem by deactivating Wordfence, I also listed my IP in whitelist and next day after activating Wordfence, there was no problem.

OK, I solved it.
After deleting plugin polylang including all content and installing again, it works.
