Any further progress on the ability to delete the address fields for this otherwise very cool plug-in. I am setting up a website for an australian charity and we really need to be able to send the customised thank you email your plug-in offers. However we need to set it up urgently! As we plan to send the thank you receipts by email, we don’t need the postal address at all.
Also, is there a way I can insert an image into the thank you email??

Thanks so much Prasanna – that’s done the trick. For any others with the like problem – the delete files function is in the Legacy File Manager screen – not File Manager. Once the permissions were changed, I could delete the file folders and contents and have successfully re-installed wordpress. My deep deep gratitude to you!

I found an old post that described how to delete the problem files, but the facility to delete the folders did not seem to be available on the file manager screen. I did find one way to delete them, but they immediately re-appeared. I have contacted my hosts tech support to see why I didn’t have permission to delete them. I have had this problem in the past and will now know never to delete wordpress!
