I figured it out. In Settings, Appearance, Profile, Show user description in header was on.

WP SmushThe most recent changes I made were to create a sitemap with Yoast’s SEO and I updated Jetpack to 3.5.1. I also deleted the W3 performance plugin after de-activating it.
Nevermind, I fixed it myself. For anyone else, turn on the advanced CSS feature for the plugin and add:
input.tooltipstered { font-size:13px; }Change the font size to whatever your theme uses.
