You wont get any service from them. I have the same problem and originally requested support for a 5 site license on Aug 7 th and it’s the 15th now so I asked for a refund.
I am also having the same issue. It just started on the latest update. I get “You do not have permission to view drafts”.

I added the plugin to a site and all the images are empty. chriskeleher.ca all images in media library are showing empty place holders. No images in front end. The only imgaes on site are from ng gallery. HELP!!!I use the table class all the time as well. PLEASE update the plugin!!! Right now I have to revert to hand coding. I look at the coding from work I did on other sites. Really causing chaos.
I had the same problem so I downgraded to 1.9.13

Just updated to new WordPress 3.4.1 and it is working now!
