Hey, thanks for your patience! Our devs got back to me and informed me that this is something that they’re already aware of. It’s not a real bug, though — it’s something that was implemented by choice. Anyway, they already have some plans to improve and change this in the near future.
Hey, thanks for your patience! Our devs have looked into this and it turns out that we’re already working on the resolution. I’ll post an update here once the issue is resolved!

Hey, Katherine from Printful here.
Thanks for your feedback! That’s true, in order to personalize a specific product on your storefront, the product attributes have to be selected.
I’m glad to hear that this is now resolved.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] how to save new products as drafts?Hey, Katherine here again.
I just wanted to add that another option would be to untick the “Product visibility” checkbox when you’re about to push the product to your Woocommerce store. If you untick this box, the product won’t be visible on your Woocommerce store once the product is pushed from Printful’s side.
After that’s done, you can make the product visible on Woocommerce’s side whenever you’re ready.Forum: Plugins

It seems like the best option here would be creating product templates in your Printful profile. Here’s info on what it is and how to use one — https://help.printful.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014010300-what-s-a-product-template-and-how-does-it-work-.
Basically, it allows you to create a product without publishing it. When you’re ready, you can always publish it from your Printful product template section.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Cannot add products to cartHey, Katherine from Printful here.
I believe I found your Woocommerce store through Printful, but I didn’t notice any error messages on our end. If you’ve tried the things suggested in your own post and it didn’t help at all, I’d suggest reaching out to your hosting provider as well. Perhaps there are some additional security measures applied to the server or the connection is blocked by security or another conflicting plugin. If this doesn’t help either, please send us a message at [email protected], so our support agents can take a look as well.
