Hey, @marouanesalmi! Just letting you know that our devs have fixed the issue. You’ll have to push the product again, and the size guide should be there!

Hi! I’d suggest reaching out to our support team about this, so they can check how everything looks on our end. The email is [email protected], but you can also use the live chat option on our website. I won’t’ be able to comment much without knowing the store’s details.
Marking this as resolved for now.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] WordPress Site URL FailHi, @trevor47! Error 500 indicates that there’s an internal server error that is caused by something blocking the connection on your side. We can’t see what that is, unfortunately, as it’s not something on Printful’s end. It might be caused by a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings, server settings, etc.
We won’t be able to advise here, I’m afraid.Alright, thanks for the update! Our devs are looking into this. I’ll post an update here as soon as I have one. If you have some questions in the meantime, I’d suggest reaching out to our support team — [email protected].
Hey, Katherine from Printful here. We’ve noticed that other customers have reported something similar recently as well. A solution would be trying to push the products to your store once again. When you’re doing that, please make sure to checkmark the “Add size guide” button.
If it doesn’t help, please let me know!Hey, Katherine from Printful here. Sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing.
In general, to edit a product in Woocommerce, you have to do it for each individual variant by clicking on Product data -> Variations -> Click on the variant.
Changing product attributes can cause some issues and cause the product to become unsynced.
If this doesn’t solve it, please send a message to [email protected], so we can check the store as well.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] WordPress Site URL FailHey! Katherine from Printful here. I’d suggest reaching out to our support team, so they can check the error code and look into this further — [email protected]. Also, please make sure that the store URL is exactly the same in WordPress general settings (Settings -> General) and the website itself. In many cases, it can be missing “s” in https or can be a subdomain.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Product sync no longer worksHi! Katherine from Printful here. Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing some issues with your store. This error is connected to something on your server’s side. Something is creating connection issues — it can either be an unsupported plugin, issues with the server itself, or a variety of other problems. We can’t guess what exactly that is, though.
Please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can assist you further. As the issue is not on our side, we won’t be able to assist further, I’m afraid.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] (HTTP error 403)Hey, Katherine from Printful here. The 403 Error is usually given when your storefront’s web host has some additional security measures applied to the server.
This can also be caused by a security plugin you are using on your website, so please disable the plugin and try again. It should help!
Since the issue is coming from your hosting’s side, we would kindly advise reaching out to them for some advice if neither of these steps work.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] products have no imagesI see, I understand your point. However, it would still be best to send more details over to our support team so we can check your store. If others have experienced similar issues, they’re more than welcome to chip in here, of course.

I can’t comment on this much without knowing the store’s details or other data, unfortunately.Hey, thanks for your patience! I’ve heard back from the devs, and right now everything seems to be functioning properly. We would probably need to get some sort of order ID to follow through logs and see what exactly is happening. Therefore, please send a message to [email protected] and send them more info, so we can assist you better.
