Hey! The Legacy API keys are related to our?API?integration which is this one – https://www.printful.com/api. If you’re using Woocommerce or any other regular integration, there is no need to worry! The API-related changes won’t affect you. This only applies to you if you use?Printful’s API custom-made solutions?for developers.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Code: G486857586Hey! This appears to be an internal server error happening on the hosting platform outside of Printful. This means that Printful cannot see any additional server information or troubleshoot this error since it is occurring on the hosting side of things. The main cause can be a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings or server settings, and other unknown issues. While Printful can not further troubleshoot this error, we advise contacting your hosting provider to get additional information and resolve this issue. I’d also advise considering if you have made any major recent changes to your platform and perhaps reverting them. In some rare cases, it may or may not be related.
Hi! Sorry to hear that both of you have been running into the same issue. Please report this to our support team at [email protected], so the team can check what it looks like from Printful’s end. We’ll get to the bottom of this!
Hey, Tim! The 403 Error is usually given when your storefront web host has some additional security measures applied to the server. This can also be caused by a security plugin you use on your website, so please disable the plugin and try again!
Lastly, since the issue is coming from your hosting’s side, we would kindly advise contacting them if the aforementioned steps don’t work.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Reset the plugin for new connectionHey! It’s possible that you can’t connect due to an incorrect API key that is registered in the Printful plugin. You can try going to WordPress > Printful plugin > Settings. Then make sure that the API keys are deleted and hit the “Save” button. After that, click on the “Connect” button and try connecting again! If nothing works, please email us at [email protected], so we can look into this further.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] HTTP Error Code 401Hey! Sorry to hear that you’ve been running into some issues when connecting your Woocommerce store with Printful. The error you’re describing is usually caused by a web server configuration, WordPress configuration, or by a security plugin that doesn’t allow us to connect to your store.
Firstly, it would be suggested to re-generate your API keys. You can achieve this by doing the following: Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Rest API > Add Key > Permissions > Read/Write > Generate API key (don’t leave the description blank). Then copy both API Key and Secret to Printful > Settings > Stores > your Woocommerce store. Then go to Printful > Stores > View Store > Refresh data.
In case this does not solve your issue, please make sure that the site URL in WordPress Admin > General settings matches the actual website URL. If the website is HTTPS, it should be HTTPS there as well.
If all these steps do not provide a solution, please reach out to your web host for further investigation!
