I gave up because no one helped and I just settlled on displaying the larger video on my page. stinks I can’t get the smaller rectangle one!

I have no idea if I have that and can’t get on the site to see! what do I do? I will write to site ground and copy your email in the meantime…..

I can log in just fine, Its once I am that I get that message when I try to click on anything else in there

OK so I went in and tried many things because I think I understand that your saying the two work together, can’t have one without the other. First, it won’t let me upload the podcast episode your seeing which is the only one I want to put up and the only one I uploaded- because its too large for the blog post. when I put it on WP I had to go to site ground, thats how I got it on a page to begin with. But I went through site grounds pages and there is nowhere that seems helpful for me to upload in there and they say its a WP and plugin issue, not a hosting thing.
so, can’t make it a blog post from the blog page itself. is there somewhere else on WP or in the dashboard I should upload it to?
also tried adding the episode to the audio player within power press plug in but it seems I have to have their hosting package to do that. Is there anyway I can still upload through the power plus plug in without their hosting?

something happened!! I think Im live!!!

Just cleared safari browser history and its still coming up the same. not live on my end

so are they just saying all my computers safari cache should be cleared? don’t I loose stuff in the process? I can’t tell if they are saying my site is LIVE but I can’t see it cause my browser needs to be cleared? can you?

I have searched among your files for a :maintenance* file but located no such:

I have checked the front page while being logged out and the site was without maintenance. The issue was most probably related to cache of the application.

From now we should try to locate the proper theme. I think that it was “Destro”. Please accept my apologies for changing it in the first time. I have noticed that now Twenty Eleven is enabled.

The site is loading from the front end as I double checked again. Try flushing your browser’s cache and check again:

gonna try this now….I doubt I will be able to do this but Ill try. so I should probably not use a plugin till I know they have good support service I take it. If they don’t get back to me ever, am I shit out of luck then?
If me or site ground find no files in there, then its not the plugin. then what?
