We have built a custom navigation menu. I’d recommend going with another theme, the speed is not worth it either and obviously support is zero.

I was asking for a specific file, not a customize option but yes, I found it.

Thank you for canceling it. I went on contact page but when I chose a support topic it would take me to my account and ask to sign up for a trial to receive support. I actually did just realized that I signed up with my personal email instead of the email that I use for that website and that’s why I couldn’t get it… haha crazy

Thank you for your response. My hosting company got it to work.. it still shuts down the website for like 10 mins and restarts server afterwords but it’s okay for now. I don’t have any image optimizers on at this time and I did turn off all speed/ caching plugins but it still gave me errors. I will definitely try your suggestion to modify .htaccess file before my future upload and will let you know if I need further help.

All my categories in woocommerce are set with parent-child relationship and it wouldn’t work. Regular pages work fine, but I need it to work on categories also. I have a ‘chairs’ category with a parent ‘furniture’ and it shows right only on ‘edit category’ but doesn’t show at all anywhere else. Is it not supposed to work on ‘child’ woocommerce categories?

Thank you for your response. I figured out there is an issue with the Woocommerce update 3.3.1 so I rollback to 2.6.1 and everything showed up and works fine with that update. But I came back to 3.3.2 as it is a better version for css (hoping that issue with categories would be fixed by now) but I still see uncategorized category even though it doesn’t even exist (it was empty – shows up; looking at the forums I change a different category as a default and deleted uncategorized category but it still shows right now https://www.browninteriors.com/shop/. Also recounted terms and cleared WooCommerce transients didn’t work. Tried to hide it with css – didn’t work. It disappears every time I roll back to 2.6 version but I really hope you have some solution to it so I can stay at the current version.

Thank you for such a quick response. I agree that the quality is acceptable, but as you would understand.. always trying to improve haha. Page speed is acceptable so far as well that’s why I thought there was a room to improve quality on the slider (plus I need only 3 slides there).
